Who is behind the site?

NIE Torrevieja, an independent private service. It is no part of the Policía Nacional, of the Subdelegación del Gobierno in Alicante and its Oficina de Extranjería, or of the Ayuntamiento de Torrevieja, and it speaks for no public body. Our work is to explain the procedures foreigners face here, the NIE, the green certificate, the TIE card and the padrón among them, and to help people get them ready. Only the authorities decide on a request.

Can I rely on the pages?

They are written carefully and checked against the official sources they quote at the date of writing. Rules, forms and the habits of offices move on, though, and a page written for everyone cannot weigh the details of your situation. When a step matters, recheck the official source or put the question to us. Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice.

Does a message commit me to anything?

No. A form or an email asks for information, nothing more, and binds neither you nor us. Should you want our help afterwards, you will first receive in writing what it covers and its price, and work starts only with your agreement. If a partner firm would take your file, you will know before you say yes.

What about official fees and outcomes?

Official fees, the Modelo 790, código 012 for instance, go to the State and are separate from anything our help may cost. Good preparation smooths an appointment; it does not settle the result. We make no promise of a decision, a date or a timescale.

And the links to other sites?

They lead to official pages and partner firms, for your convenience. What those sites publish, and the conditions they set, remain their own affair.

Where does our responsibility stop?

Three things lie outside our control and our responsibility: what the administration decides, rules that change after a page went online, and how many dates the booking system releases.
